This is how it works:
You order this digital gift card here in the online shop. You will then receive an email including a code. This code can then be used at the checkout in this online shop; and it's valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Note: This is only a digital product – which means you will get a voucher code via email (which you can also print yourself of course).

📦 Shipping
I usually ship your orders once a week via DHL, and use packagings I got from friends or other warehouses. The shipping and handling costs (6,4€) will be added at checkout. From an order value of 150€ shipping is free.

👋 Pickup
You can also pick up your items with an appointment at the studio in Ridlerstr. 13 in Munich. Just chose "pickup" at the checkout for this option, and I will email you when your order is ready.

🌿 Recycled packages
The most sustainable way for me to ship your ceramics is reusing packages and packaging material I got from friends or other warehouses. So be aware that your package might not look brand new when it arrives.

🔄 Returns
In case you're not happy with your ordered pieces you can return them within 14 days after arrival. All information can be found here. Please note that you have to cover the shipping costs for returns by yourself!
