Please fill out the withdrawal form below within 14 days after you received your package or contact us by email via hello@narukaceramics.com.

Packaging and condition of the goods:
Pack all of the items sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. The ceramics must not show any signs of use.

Shipping:
You are responsible for safe shipping of the ceramics and bear the direct cost of the return. Insured shipping is recommended.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anna Kraus, Augustenstr. 4, 80333 Munich, Germany, hello@narukaceramics.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Anna Kraus, Augustenstr. 4, 80333 Munich, Germany) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
